Briana Bratton is the Managing Broker of Brokerage 405, bringing approximately 15 years of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities. Her experience spans single-family homes, land, multifamily and investment properties, manufactured homes, and townhomes, as well as complex or sensitive transactions involving divorce, probate, inherited property, and other changing life circumstances. She also helps clients evaluate investment opportunities through market-based property analysis, comparative market valuations, and informed pricing strategies. Briana combines this experience with extensive local market knowledge to lead the Brokerage 405 team and help clients make informed real estate decisions.
